I hate AT&T. After a 45 minute conversation and telling my story to 3 different people no resolve except: "sorry sir, the towers behind your building are severely deteriorated and yellow on my screen." We will update you as the towers are fixed... PISS OFF! They have issued credits on my last 3 bills. How much longer must I wait for the f&$*% towers to be fixed? My partner just switched to Verizon with no signal issues and his phone works inside our condo.

I don't have an iPhone, but I was an At&t home phone and DSL subscriber for many years. The fluctuations in my DSL bill amounts got me pissed off. They would raise my rates without informing me. You want to get at&t's attention? File a formal complaint on the FCC's website. Tell them you're not happy with the service and your not getting your money's worth. Boy that got their attention when a lowly customer such as I did that. I got phone calls and letters from them defending themselves. If enough people complain to the FCC, they may listen. They really hate it when customers do that! Anyway, I no longer have their home phone or DSL service. I use the free WiFi from the coffee shop around the corner with my laptop and I have a Verizon cellular plan. Less bills. It's all I need..

Of course the reason why AT&T is complaining that Verizon's map is false advertising is BECAUSE it's true (well, mostly). I've not met one iPhone user in the Midwest > and NONE of them likes the AT&T service in those areas. AS a matter of fact, they've gone to the WiFi editions of iPhones just to they can utilize the apps. Myself, I'm a BB user and always will be on Verizon. Hands-down, whether I'm canoeing on the rivers in the UP of Michigan or travelling on the road with the family - my handy GSM BB can tackle any area no matter how urban or remote. Goodbye AT&T - you're trying to become the monopoly you once were and you're killing your customer base. BTW - Verizon will have iPhones (I predict) by the end of next year - killing AT&T in this vertical

I hate them... coverage is worse than Sprint in Orlando at least. In building coverage spotty at best... all i want is a choice of carriers for my iphone...

I LOVE my iphone. Its the best phone I have ever had hands down. Unfortunately its a bandwidth hog and the limited ATT network in Orlando will not allow me to enjoy the functionality it should. I constantly drop calls in the exact same area, and when reporting it to att they seem not to care to hear about it. The final straw was when I stopped in my local att store to pay my bill and ask some questions about my account, and buy an accessory. I was told I would have to pay a $5 fee for paying my bill with a person versus using the machine. Whats up with that? Even Sprint dropped their fee for paying your bill with a rep versus the automated machine. The attitude I get from anyone there is that we are att and we dont have to care - becuase what are you going to do? Take your iphone somewhere else? We dont think so. If the exclusive agreement was not there - those who love att could stay and those of us who dont could move on. THe end result would be the fact that it would free up bandwidth and everyone would be more happy!
